I’ve often thought about writing a book, but have never got round to it. So, I was delighted when I was invited to contribute to writing a book on a topic that captivates and fascinates me.

Along with a group of international co-authors and fellow founding members of the Cialdini Institute, I unveil how I've achieved success in the Procurement world through using the powerful and universal principles of ethical influence.

In the Procurement world, influence is critical in 3 main areas:

  1. Internal stakeholders and colleagues;

  2. Suppliers;

  3. And especially in negotiations.

But the effectiveness of the principles stretches way beyond my little world of Procurement.
